Taijiquan and Qigong are  ancient practices that today contributes to the practitioner recovering his center in this fast-paced world, in addition to providing innumerable benefits to physical health and personal development.

 

Thanks to the practice of Taijiquan and Qigong you will be able to recover your well-being and align yourself towards your maximum inner peace.

Individual classes of at least 60 minutes or in groups of at least 120 minutes are taught

After a career as a high-performance athlete at the national level, I began studying Taijiquan and Qigong in 1996 at the National University in my native Mexico. In 2002 I became an instructor for the university's Taijiquan and Qigong program. I got my certifications studying in Mexico, Canada, Germany and China. As an expert in Taijiquan and Qigong I teach in Europe, North America and I am part of treatment programs for cancer patients in Mexico and programs for Mexican migrants in Germany. My motivation is to help  students to follow their hearts through the practice of these disciplines
