About Yanira
Hello! Understanding who I am, what I want and life itself, led me in 1996 to the study and practice of Taijiquan and Zen meditation as tools to find the answers. Along the way I found the importance of the balance of the mind, the health of the body and the following of the heart, so I managed to realize and appreciate this wonderful opportunity to live this human life. Since then, sharing this experience and helping students to follow their heart through the practice of these disciplines has led me to become a teacher of Taijiquan and Qigong, and I complemented my training with studies in Physiotherapy and Acupuncture.
Today I teach in several countries in Europe and North America and have a private practice in Acupuncture and Psychotherapy.
